Foreign country: CHF 20.- or 1 IFLA Voucher

Direct mail service

Delivery of copies by postal mail or PDFs by e-mail

Switzerland: CHF 8.- up to 20 pages
Foreign country: CHF 20.- up to 20 pages

Fees for overdue books

1st reminder: CHF 10.-
2nd reminder: CHF 20.-
3rd reminder: CHF 35.-

Photocopies and prints (self service)

CHF 0.20 per copy (A4, black and white)
